2. Visiting the website

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland (processor). When you visit it, the server logs technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) to keep the service running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period according to the host's settings.

3. Waitlists (advertisers, drivers, installers)

If you join a waitlist, we process the details you enter in the form (e.g. company, region, budget, vehicle or workshop details) and your email address in order to inform you about the launch, plan the pilot region and, where applicable, contact you about an offer or partnership.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed by double opt-in: you are only added once you click the confirmation link.
  • Proof of consent: we store the date and time, language, version of the consent text, confirmation time and a pseudonymised (salted hash) value of your IP address (Art. 7(1) and Art. 6(1)(c)/(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: until you withdraw consent and at most 12 months after the last contact if no cooperation follows. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
  • Recipients: our hosting and email provider (see section 2). We do not pass your data to advertisers, drivers or other third parties.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@vestiad.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

4. Email

The confirmation email is sent via our hosting provider's mail server. If you write to us, we process your message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

6. International transfers

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to hello@vestiad.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Changes

We will extend this policy when new features are added (e.g. bookings, user accounts or payments).
